(NewsNation) — In a move some call “outright disgusting,” a YouTuber obtained gruesome autopsy photos of a murdered 11-year-old boy and then charged money for people to view them.

An El Paso County judge on Monday sentenced Letecia Stauch to life in prison after a jury found her guilty of murdering her 11-year-old stepson Gannon, capping a five-week trial that featured emotional testimony from Gannon's family members.
…“I’ve been a prosecutor a long time. ... I’ve never seen the horror that this defendant brought down on this family,” Allen said. “No matter what the sentence is it’ll never bring Gannon back … but it will go a long way towards healing.”
